I carry out all deliveries myself. I do not employ the services of a helper or trust the services of a courier. Therefore assistance will always be required at your home address with the delivery.
DELIVERY AREAS |
My delivery area is pretty much the North West of England excluding remote areas - I work within the confines of the motorway network. Essentially this is Leeds, York, Greater Manchester and all roads to Liverpool taking in most areas on the way. I have introduced a free North Wales (major towns) delivery service although this will be a 'Within 10 days' service. If you are interested, please email or phone me and I will advise with a provisional delivery date. |

DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY |
Delivery means to a room of your choice. Please ensure the product you have ordered will actually go up your stairs and that pathways to the room are clear. If you need help with any assembly I will gladly assist free of charge. |
| Disclaimer: Delivery into your home and to a room of your choice is a free service upon request and therefore I cannot be held liable for any damage to your property in doing so. In actual fact I do take the utmost care and consideration but it is best to remove all pictures and antiques just in case. |
DELIVERY TIMES |
I try to deliver within two - three working days of you ordering. It all depends on what you are after and available time slots. Once your order is received I will phone you or mail you with a provisional delivery date and arrange a 2 hour timeslot. On the day of delivery I will phone you when I am about an hour away from you. |
| Ooops: Bear in mind that no matter how well laid out the plans are - things can go wrong! Bad traffic conditions, machines failing at the factories and so on. If I have arranged a delivery date and time I will do my utmost to stick to it. If I can't I will always let you know as soon as possible. |
CASH ON DELIVERY |
You have the options of paying by Debit or Credit card online - OR - Cash on Delivery. Both methods require you to order and complete your delivery address details online. Alternatively, for Cash on Delivery orders you can phone me direct and place your order with me. This way I can give you a delivery time and date there and then. |
| Privacy: Card payments are processed securely by Optimal Payments. I do not have access to any of your card details other than those required to process your order. Your card statement will show payment to : Factory Beds Direct. |
SPECIAL TIMED AND SATURDAY DELIVERIES |
I will always try and fit the delivery to suit you. I work from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Saturday till 1pm. Saturday deliveries are usually reserved for Greater Manchester and Liverpool on a rotating basis up until 1pm. If you need a delivery on a special day or at a certain time then please phone me to arrange. |
