The Crystal is the Deep Quilted version of The Montrose. Like the Montrose this is a favourite of mine. The deep quilting which incorporates an 800 gsm (gram per square meter) high grade polyester makes the sleep surface lovely and comfortable. This is despite the fact that it has a 12.5 gauge orthopaedic spring unit giving maximum support.

For people who prefer a softer mattress and of a body weight of up to 15 stone this is more preferable than the tufted version (Montrose) which would suit people up to 17 stone because of the slightly firmer tension.

Although not shown in the image it does have rolled and padded bumper bars as standard.

The fabric on the mattress is an absolutely beautiful chenille featuring a contemporary pale peach and white horizontal design. The base is upholstered in a neutral matching pale peach cloth. In my opinion this is an absolutely beautiful mattress, extremely comfortable and well worth the money. You will certainly not be disappointed.

Standard features on the base include an upholstered padded top (not just covered hardboard) to give additional cushioning for the mattress, a rolled and padded bumper bar and stylish brass linking bars.
