*SIMULATED SIDE STITCHING
This is just a nice design detail and does not affect the performance of the mattress in any way.

True hand side stitching is a labour intensive process of stitching the side border panel to the actual spring unit in the mattress. Usually only found on either hand made (bespoke) mattresses or the very top of an exclusive range.

Beware: some mattresses are described as being 'side stitched' which in fact they are (by machine) and not attached to the spring unit - but, the term 'simulated' tends to be avoided! Perhaps they want you to assume it is hand stitched. Who knows?

This is as close as you can get to a hand made mattress at a fraction of the price. The medium comfort level is just gloriously comfortable. This is a real favourite of mine.

TIP: The Kingsize model is just £30 more than the double for the bed set and the Superking is not much more than that. . If you have the room for a bigger bed then please do consider these options - you will be so glad you did.

The mattress has a beautiful simulated* side stitch design, has 1500 pocket springs (KS) and has been traditionally hand tufted. If you are after a quality bed at the right price then this is the one to go for. I know you will not be disappointed.

LIMOGES

The 1500 pocket springs bring this model into the middle to top of range market and the fabric and composite fillings are all in line. Standard features on the base include an upholstered top (not just covered hardboard) to give additional cushioning for the mattress, a rolled and padded bumper bar and stylish brass linking bars.
