This is just a wonderful value for money bed. I do not have many beds with a spring gauge of less than 12.5 however, when I find a bed with a quality and comfort like this it would be foolish not to add it.

With this model there is no rolled and padded bumper bar on the base but personally I think the design is strong enough not to need one.

The mattress itself is extremely comfortable being a soft to medium tension. This is gained by the inclusion of a double spring unit intersected with an ortho pad making the mattress a high loft (12").

The fabric used on this model is a lovely hard wearing damask. Micro quilted at the base and side panel of the mattress. The sleep surface has been deep quilted to a layer of 800gsm polyester to create a pillow effect for added comfort..

This is also a good mobility choice for people who may have difficulty getting in and out of bed. The high loft mattress means there is an extra 2" in the height of the bed making it just short of 28" off the floor.
